If your reel is in need of a service, our service centre will charge $30 freight each way back to our factory. Once you purchase this freight product, our office will then send you a barcode via email. All you need to do is put your reel within a box, get as much water out as you can, and take it to your local Post Office along with the barcode. Australia Post will do the rest and get the reel back to us. We will have that reel back to performing just like new again!, usually there is no charge unless parts are required.
