Consumers are not entitled to a refund when they:
- Change their mind about a product. This includes when a consumer has found a cheaper product elsewhere, has bought a gift that is unsuitable or their circumstances have changed and they no longer require the goods. Goods can be exchanged for other items on the condition that it has not been used and it is in 100% resaleable condition.
- There will be no refund if a customer has found goods to be the wrong size or colour.
- Are unable to prove from whom and when the item was purchased. Customer must produce a receipt of purchase.
- Are responsible for damaging the goods by not following the instructions or customer misuse.
- All Auto Reels™ come with a full 12 month warranty. Any act of disassembly of product voids the warranty. Receipt must be shown for all warranty purposes.
- If the product is damaged in any way by customer not following the instructions, warranty is void.
- Under warranty if the product is deemed to be faulty and unserviceable , then a replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be faulty and serviceable, then full repairs will be carried out to ensure the product is working as to the manufacturers specifications.
- Product is to be returned to the place of purchase at the consumers expense.
- No refund of freight will be permitted.
